Thank you for shopping with MAS Designs Studio! Every order is carefully handcrafted and prepared with attention to detail. Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, production and shipping times may vary depending on the item and level of customization.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. Personalized, engraved, or custom-designed products may require additional production time.
If your order includes multiple handmade items, they may ship together once all products have been completed.
Shipping Methods
MAS Designs Studio ships throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website and are subject to their advertised terms and conditions.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been completed and shipped.
While most shipments arrive within the estimated delivery window, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer, production times may be longer than standard items.
Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order, including names, dates, spelling, logos, artwork, and custom text. MAS Designs Studio is not responsible for errors submitted during the ordering process.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Large quantity orders, wholesale purchases, and promotional product orders often require additional production time depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Estimated completion and shipping dates will be discussed before production begins.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
MAS Designs Studio is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include photographs of both the product and the shipping packaging whenever possible.
If your package appears to be lost after shipment, please contact us so we can help initiate a carrier investigation when applicable.
International Shipping
At this time, MAS Designs Studio primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.
