Products & Availability

All products offered by MAS Designs Studio are subject to availability. Because many of our items are handmade or made to order, slight variations in wood grain, leather texture, engraving placement, color, and finish are normal and make each piece unique.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify product offerings, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, MAS Designs Studio reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing, or issue refunds if necessary.

Orders

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

MAS Designs Studio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Personalized & Custom Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order, including names, dates, spelling, logos, artwork, and custom text.

Production begins using the information provided during checkout. MAS Designs Studio is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer after production has started.

Custom artwork, logos, and designs submitted by customers remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it.

Production Times

Many products are handcrafted and require production before shipment. Estimated production times are provided as general guidelines and may vary depending on order volume, customization, material availability, and seasonal demand.

Shipping

Shipping estimates begin once production has been completed.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and MAS Designs Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because many products are personalized or custom-made, these items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an error was made during production by MAS Designs Studio.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, product descriptions, and other original materials created by MAS Designs Studio, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
